Support Worker at Lindsay Road (Male/Female)
30-35 Hours per Week (negotiable)
Salary £15,250 pro rata
(Salary scale £15,250 - £17,000 pro rata)
Nightshift enhanced rate and sleepovers @ £7.20/hr
From the 1st October 2016 Freespace support workers will be paid the living wage of £8.25 per hour. (£16,776 Per Annum for full time hours)

• Are willing to work towards funded SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care.

You will be working as part of several small teams providing individualised physical and emotional support including all aspects of daily living and assisting our supported people with a wide variety of activities. Ideal candidates will be patient, chatty, outgoing with a good sense of humour, have good communication and listening skills, be trustworthy, respect peoples’ privacy, be able to take direction but also work on their own initiative as required.
