Room to let in Bangor from mid Sept/Oct to end of October

Hey everyone,

I will be away for a field trip over summer. For that reason I would like to rent out my room. I want to short-let the room for one to one and a half months from the middle of September/beginning of October until the end of October this year.

The room itself is part of a spacious 2-bedroom house located in Upper Bangor and is a fully furnished single room. The house contains kitchen, bathroom, a living-room and a loft in the attic (which can be used for storage, studying etc.). There is also a small garden in the back of the house. Rent is 275 pounds per month plus bills for internet and gas that come around +/- 30pounds per month.

The house is a 10 min walk away from Bangor University and the local Morrisons and about 15 min walk from High Street and Lower Bangor in the city centre. The area around the house is quiet with friendly neighbours.

During that time the potential flatmate will be living with my current flatmate, a PhD student in criminology. She is a very relaxed and easy-going person who will busy most of the time with studying and working.
