Share a lovely 3 bed house with 2 other professional housemates in a quiet street in a great area of Manchester!

I have a room available from the 15th August in the Stretford / Old Trafford area. It's a nice Victorian property, fully furnished and recently refurbished to share with friendly, sociable, clean & tidy housemates. There is also a pool table and a spacious back yard which gets plenty of sun ready for summer BBQs.

The room has a double bed, new carpet, and plenty of storage space. The room is L-shaped so is much bigger than it appears in the photos. There is also free parking in front of the house.

The location is extremely good as:
- Media City is a 25 minute walk. Salford Quays, Old Trafford and Trafford Park are also within walking distance.
- 2 minute walk from bus stops with many buses taking you to the city centre
- 10 minutes walk from the Metrolink - so it is very easily accessible to the city centre and the Trafford Centre.
- There is a sports centre, with swimming pool and gym 5 minutes walk from the house.
- There is a huge Tesco supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away which is extremely handy!
- M60 and M56 are nearby.
- Sale and Altrincham are down the road.
- Hospitals: Trafford General, MRI, Wythenshawe, Salford Royal all close by.

The rent is £380 (£480 all inclusive of bills - this includes Sky TV, Wi-Fi and cleaner) The initial contract is 6 months, but would be happy to discuss if you require a rolling month-by-month contract.

It would be suitable for another person in their 20's or 30’s.
