Administration Assistant- Hersham, Walton on Thames- Part Time, Permanent position

3-month trial with view to go permanent

A Part Time Office Administration & Showroom Assistant is required for a Kitchen & Bathroom Showroom in Walton on Thames, Surrey. The company specializes in British-made, outstanding quality kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and home offices design and installed.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Dealing with different suppliers
• Formatting information to send to customers
• Assisting clients when they come to the showroom/making appointments
• Responding to emails and phone calls
• General office administration assistant duties including photocopying, filing and data entry
• Keep showroom up to high quality standard.
• Processing payments and orders.
• Keeping track of pending customer orders.
• Learning our product range and how their products function.
• Be able to advise customers with basic knowledge of their products.
• Will also be responsible for updating and posting on the Facebook Page

Other duties will be required as the business needs

This position would be ideal for someone who is retired.

The position will be to work alternate Saturdays, 9.00am to 4.00pm, will also need to be flexible, with extra hours work when needed. Training will be provided for information about the showroom kitchens. Free parking is available; Hersham train station is a 10 minute walk away from showroom.

Salary £9.00 per hour
