I am renting this nice double room in a cosy and tidy flat share located around 5 min walk away from Norbury Station train.
The location offer a excellent connection to Victoria for exemple which is only 20min away by train and many daily and night bus line are also making the link to Brixton or central London.

The place own a kitchen which is fully equipped with microwave, oven, washing machine, fridge, cooker and all needed equipment with also a dinning table.

The room itself is furnished with comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desks.

The rent is £106pw + £20 for bills weekly.

The bills amount is including everything off course as internet wireless and cleaning services provided on weekly basis+ all classic bill council tax, electricity, gas, water...

Only one month rent in advance is required.
4 months minimum stay.
