Housemate wanted to share two bedroom newbuild house

32yo working guy looking for a housemate to share a big two bedroom newbuild house in a quiet, y area of Stewarton, opposite the bus terminus for buses to Kilmarnock and close to the train station for trains to Ayr and Glasgow. The bedroom was originally decorated for my daughter so its quite girly and would suit a female better. Built in wardrobes, king size pink and white diamante leather bed, sky TV, WiFi etc. Large garden, patio area, two bathrooms, kitchen has washing machine, tumble dryer etc... Looking for someone friendly, down to earth and sociable who likes a laugh. Would suit working person or student. Must be dog friendly as I have a dog, own dog welcome if its friendly :)......cost of all bills, WiFi etc included in rent.
