Flat share in Cotham

Hello, double room available in chilled, creative flat in cotham. Really nice quiet area with a 2 minute walk to stokes croft. Massive living room with amazing view.

I'm Dave (30) I work full time shift work as a printer and as a cartoonist in my spare time. Records, nintendo and weird movies are what tends to go on here. Crazy party days are long behind me so not looking for a waster.

12 month contract. Rent is £375 per month. Bills are normally between £100-150 a month. Flat is part furnished so room comes with a bed. Landlord rents privately and is a really cool guy.

Room is available now. Would like someone in as soon as possible, but room will need to be filled by end of June at the latest.
