Description
A Personal Assistant is required to one of UK’s fastest growing garden design companies to provide support to the director in charge of a garden design and build company along with a interior design business in a challenging, fast-paced but high rewarding and exciting environment. As Personal Assistant you will have a wide range of responsibilities to help successfully manage the directors diary along with assisting the day to day running of both business. Duties include the below -
Project management - organising materials
Support director, managers and be a ‘go-to person’ for all staff
Organise detailed diary management both business
Working with the landscape team on all company events (sometimes attending site will be necessary)
Help with some HR admin
Type ad-hoc letters and documents for director and other departments
Minute taking and document / presentation prep when required
Manage invoices received, and logging these for payments
Organise all personal diary management, invitations and RSVP’s
