I am currently recruiting for an HR Service Desk Assistant for a small start-up company.
Applications are welcome from candidates previous telephone based volume customer service experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Applications are also welcome from students, fresh graduates or people looking for a second job.
The role will involve head hunting new resource, dealing with telephone and email enquiries providing initial HR advice and guidance on a wide range of queries. The queries will cover a wide range of HR issues and will involve inbound and outbound calls and emails as you take ownership of your calls and see them through to resolution.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and administration experience and be used to dealing with a wide variety of queries. Experience of working on a help desk and/or some knowledge of HR would be beneficial. You must be able to listen and communicate effectively, deal with difficult situations and resolve queries in a timely and sensitive manner.
Hours – 30 hours a week
Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK - they must be settled workers (ILR), British or EU citizens.
This role offers the flexibility to work from home but you will be required to work sometimes from our office.
