House share in Greenbank

To live with one other (plus two cats) in a chatty (sorry northern), friendly house share (owned). I’m not the late night person I used to be, as I have to study (procrastinate) a lot, but always up for a laugh and shared cooking/socialising. I am a mature student back at uni and I am looking for someone with their head screwed on, who wants to live in an chilled, tidy household, who won't need prompting to participate, invest some love, etc.

Into all culture: music, art, theatre, ethical living and a pescatarian, pretty laid back so veggie or even all you meaty’s out there, get in touch! I like keeping fit, being outdoors as much as possible, but definitely a city boy and uni demands many hours of screen staring so apologies in advance, not being rude. Laid back and not prone to preaching, get in touch if you would like to come and take a look.

Currently I’m not paying council tax as I'm an undergraduate, so the ideal partner in crime would be another student. However, it’s more about finding the right person than a b/w fit so don’t be put off, I’d need to get my thinking cap on, but anything is possible.

My house is in Greenbank: switched on, close to the centre of town and the countryside via the Bristol to Bath cycle track.
