- Minimum stay for 1 month, then 1 month rolling contract (1 month notice from either side)

- No smoking in any internal rooms (you may smoke in the garden only)
- Please note this property is strictly private, no guests staying overnight
- No viewing fees or agency charges, there will be a credit check fee of £35 to ensure the safety of everyone living in the house
