Hi
I have a double room in my house that is available for immediate rent.
It has its own lockable entrance, a toilet and shower, a dressing room with fitted wardrobes and another storage cupboard, new carpet and paint 4 months ago, french doors that look out onto a small yard, a double bed (might be a queen I can't remember) and a chest of drawers. The room is at the back of the house so it is very quiet and tranquil. The room is actually my room that I am letting while I work in Los Angeles. The contract is for 6 months and then month to month after that.
Rent includes electric, gas, water. There is wifi in the house but you will need to get your own booster if you need it in your room. There is one parking space out front of the house which is currently available. You may need to share this with other house members but currently no one else has a car.
You would be sharing with one guy age 24 and one girl age 22 both of whom live upstairs.
I am looking for a responsible person in full time work. No DSS, no couples. I can have one of the current lodgers show you around the place and then if you like what you see, we can skype so that you can ask any questions and we can get to know each other.
Deposit is one month upfront. If you need to pay this in installments then let's discuss it. I understand it can be tricky coming up with all of the money in one go.
